To be fair, these crazies are pretty religious. All they are doing is swapping out the Totem at the top of the Pole. All the same concepts apply. Eternal and constant surveillance, as an example. A belief held by anyone who subscribes to the Abrahamic conception of God. This God apparently sees all at all times for all time. Zero privacy there and zero consent aka totalitarianism. Same sh*t.
