And just like that, ANOTHER conspiracy theory proven right. Dublin Council announces it is banning ALL private art travelling through it from this Autumn. The Quays along the Liffey will be car-free, although buses can still use them, and cyclists! Dublin is just the template - many other cities will follow as the war on the motorist goes up a gear.
