This time last year, Andrew Neil was urging the Establishment to punish the Purebloods. One year on, he is claiming that 2023 will see Ukraine defeat Russia in ways he is not prepared to define and then agree a peace deal. Read between the lines - he is signalling that NATO may withdraw support for Zelensky next year after Ukraine takes a pounding from Russia this winter!
