The media is ablaze with the conviction of NHS nurse Lucy Letby for killing seven babies and trying to kill Manu others. Some commentators have even called for the Death penalty for her. But is EVERYTHING quite as it appears here? The Jury has spoken and we must respect that but history shows that there have been other cases where innocent nurses were convicted.

Uh oh.. If your spidey senses are triggered David.. Then I’m not convinced by the verdict reached, or the characters involved being clean, in and of themselves. The media driving the story, playing on people’s emotions, can have a lynch mob mentality. A conviction at all costs.. When maybe, with the bits and pieces we’ve found out these past few years, of numerous health bodies, the sale of children or body parts or worse, may be the real headline.. And covered up with this court case.. Perhaps.
