I’ve known for a long time now that farmed salmon from Scotland is absolutely rife with lice or parasites making it essential to thoroughly cook it. I only enjoy my fish if it’s ‘just’ cooked and juicy. Therefore I tend to buy wild salmon for that reason . Certainly didn’t like the words “cocktail” and “bio” being used!

All farmed salmon should be avoided as it is fed on synthetic feeds and dyes to colour the final product. All our food is being ”messed” with as Big-Pharma and Big-Food come together under one umbrella, just look at the current Bovaer scandal.
