Keith Kellogg. Trump made reference to his book, War By Other Means. Some have drawn a conclusion that chapter 8, Out like Flynn, was an exposure of, General Flynn, fired by Trump for lying and for not making him aware that Putin had tried to call Trump. That Flynn took a rubber bullet to make him look good to MAGA supporters.

Trump apparently said that any missiles would be paid for by NATO, no more freebies. It looks like an attempt to settle the final war.
