The Government spent £22 billion developing the NHS Test and Trace App. Millions downloaded it to their phone. Now, the consequences are proving catastrophic as hundreds of thousands of perfectly healthy Brits are pinged by the App and told to self-isolate for 10 days on the theoretical basis they have been in contact with someone, somewhere, who tested positive! It is a tech driven summer lockdown of millions of people.
