Bizarrely and without evidence, Peter Hitchens suggests that the use of marijuana by Axel Rudakubana, may have been a factor in his onslaught. It's another example of how WRONG Peter can be!

Although I’ve never indulged myself I do have a great deal of knowledge about this subject as back in the early seventies when I spent several years at art school, the vast majority of students did. In my experience without exception they all became lethargic and “dopey” . Far from becoming violent which many do after alcohol they became sleepy and the opposite to violent. It seems to me an unlikely suggestion that Cococabana was on marijuana .
