Imagine you are a well educated heterosexual young white man who wants to join the Police, like your Dad did before you. Imagine that you do really well in the exams and appraisal before selection. The imagine being told NO - you are not wanted. You don't have to imagine it - it really happened and the Police Service concerned - Cheshire Police - were found guilty of discrimination. In a majority White country.
