I remember some years ago my girlfriends neighbour who had a small child with ‘autism’ . Because of this she had to dress him in nappies (aged 5) and of course had huge financial help from the welfare. One day she asked if my girlfriend would look after him for the day. It then became very apparent that there was absolutely nothing wrong with him and certainly didn’t need the nappy. Of course had this been revealed to the authorities it would have been very costly.
