So Rachel Reeves "forgot" that she had to obtain a license from her local Council in order to rent out her main property now she lives in Government provided luxury. She has apologised for this "oversight" and Starmer has instantly accepted. But it's NOT that easy and this more two tier justice. One rule for them, another for you.

She literally lobbied for the introduction of these licenses just a few weeks ago ! The license I believe is only issued after presentation of suitable certificates to ensure the property complies with safety regulations relating to electrical installations and gas etc Any extensions or alterations have been signed off by buildings inspectors etc etc . So it’s not a just a box ticking exercise.
