It was me David. I live in Durham. There are approximately 8,000 local residents in the city centre. About 20,000 uni students. Of those about 4,000 are Chinese. So the population doubles. They are not bad people they are here to study. It’s the Oxbridge rejects that are a bit of a nuisance.
